Mix together:
2+ Tablespoons Salsa
1 Boned Chicken (I grill chicken breasts and cube the meat)
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
1 can Cream of Chicken soup
3/4 can milk
1 can (small) chopped green chiles
1/2 onion, choppedGrate:
1/2+ pound sharp cheddar cheese, to top the dish
Layer old (or new) crushed Tortilla chips in a greased casserole dish. Cover with the above mixture. Top with the grated cheddar cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit (177 degrees Celsius) for 30 minutes, or until bubbly and hot.
